Chutney powder


Ingredients:
Channa dhal-1/4 cup
Toor dhal- 1/4 cup
Urad dhal-1/4 cup
Peanuts- 3 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1.5 tbsp
Dried red chillies - 15nos
Whole pepper - 1.5 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Salt and asafoetida to taste. 

Method 
Dry roast all the ingredients seperatedly. 
Use little oil to roast red chillies, peppers and curry leaves seperately. 
Let them cool and coarse grind everything. 

Best served with idly and dosa
