Simple Rava/Sooji Kesari

Ingredients 
Rava half cup
Sugar half cup
Ghee 3 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Almond broken 4 nos
Water one and a half cup

Method 
Fry almond pieces in ghee and set aside
Add rava to the ghee and fry
Then add sugar and mix well 
Add milk, water to the mixture and bring it to boil
Keep stiring continuously
Add the almond and stir well
Rava kesari is ready to serve
Note- 
For extra flavour add cardamom powder
For color use saffron 

Vegetable Subji


Ingredients
Snake guard -1 finely chopped
Carrot 1 thinly sliced
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato-2 finely chopped
Garlic - 8 pods finely sliced
Green chilli - 1 no
Sambar powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Corriander few
Salt to taste 
Water 1 cup

Method
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add jeera and mustard seeds
Fry onion,garlic,green chilli and curry leaves together

Toss in the vegetables and add turmeric powder, sambar powder, salt.

Add one cup of water and close the lid.
Keep in low flame and cook for ten minutes
Vegetables Subji is ready to serve
Garnish with corriander leaves.

Tastes best with chapathi and pulav rice.

Quick Carrot Beans Raita

Ingredients
Carrot-1 (used peeler)
Beans- 4-5 nos finely chopped
Olive oil - 1tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup. Beaten
Salt to taste

Method 
Heat oil in a pan and toss in both the vegetables and cook.
Let the beans cook retaining its crunchiness..
Bean yougurt in a seperate bowl and set aside
Transfer this content to the yogurt bowl
Add salt to taste and serve. 
Best when eaten with Briyani or with chapathi..

Egg Noodles



Ingredients
Finely chopped carrot -1/2 cup
Thinly sliced beans - 1/2 cup 
Shredded cabbage - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped garlic - 8pod
Green chillies 2 sliced
Egg- 1
Any noodle of your choice
I used yippe Magic instant noodle and used the seasoning powder given in the pack while frying the vegetables. 

Method
Soak the noodle in warm water for 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
Take a pan and heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil
Add garlic and green then fry for few second.
Toss in the vegetables and let It cook for while. The vegetables Shld be firm and crunchy.
Break in the egg in the middle of the pan and let it cook for a while.
Give a quick stir along with the vegetables.
Add in the soaked noodles and fry for few seconds.
Switch off the flame and serve the noodles with any sauce of your choice.
