
Ingredients:
Vermicelli - 500 gm(soaked for 1 hour)
Fine chopped garlic(4 - 5 nos)& ginger - 1 inch
Carrot(grated) - 1, Green beans(sliced) - 100g
Cabbage - 100g
Salt to taste, Pepper - 1/2 tsp, Soy sauce - to taste
Scrambled egg - 1Method:
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Stir-fry ginger-garlic, then grated carrot & beans quickly for one minute.
Toss in cabbage. Cook for few minutes until the vegetables slightly cooked.
Add vermicelli and mix well. Add the scrambled egg.
Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Stir fry for two more minutes.
You are ready to Go!!
